OpenSky Masterdata File: Times out, maybe increase timeout #286

Describe the bug
Download of OpenSky's master data file often times out. (At the moment it isn't even clear if the service is going to be continued at all. But LiveTraffic uses the known existing Feb-2025 file as a fallback, at least that one should download.)
To Reproduce
Make sure no OpenSky master data file exists in LiveTraffic/Resources, then start LiveTraffic and make sure OpenSky Network Master File is enabled in the OpenSky settings.
Expected behavior
Downloads the file, may take some time, then processes it and turns the "OpenSky Network Master File" service available.

This support thread comment suggest to "just" increase timeout. Worth a try...
