Allow Mapping From Labels to Tags

To allow the tags to be specific to the workload and not the cluster, can we add a feature that would allow mapping labels to tags?

For example, all deployments should have a app.kubernetes.io/name label applied with the application name. Ideally this would then translate to say an Application tag value on the AWS resource.

Configuration in the environment might be TAG_LABEL_Application=app.kubernetes.io/name
