Feature Request: Property in the VM for GUI block color information

This is probably a bit overkill (maybe bloat), but it would be nice if we could have some kind of read-only property accessible to extensions (either under Scratch.vm or Scratch.gui that extensions can access. It would likely return "original" "highContrast" "dark" or "custom"

For example, changing icons to better match the color scheme, as seen above. It doesn't look horrible, but it might be nice to have

For the most part I want to get away with automatic conversions as much as possible. If you think the colors are being generated badly then consider making changes to https://github.com/TurboWarp/scratch-gui/blob/develop/src/lib/themes/blocks/dark.js to help out everyone instead of fixing it case by case

I don't have a problem with the default dark blocks theme, I was simply asking for options for developers to work with
