Export "aggregated user news" as an RSS/ATOM feed

For some users, it may be convenient to use Feeds Fun as an aggregator and use third-party clients/services for reading feeds. 

Also, an exported feed may be helpful as a short path to use Feeds Fun in automation workflows.
