Codebase for Offset, Texas Torque's competition robot for the 2023 FRC season: Charged Up!

- Intake: and intake which pull gamepieces into the robot.
- Spindexer: a turntable which orients cones.
- Arm: an elevator with a static rotary arm to move the hand.
- Hand: a claw on the end of the arm to grab the gamepeices.
- Forks: rotary forks that slide under another robot for a tripple balance.
