Feature request: Option to disable emission of date/time in server logs

When running tdns with logging sent to the console and then subsequently ingested into a system service, having the date/time emitted with each entry is redundant.

Request the option to disable date/time in the log output from tdns.

Thanks for the request. Will plan to get it implemented. Not sure about the timeline though.
