olderVersions.md needs major rewrite

the older versions article currently holds a very unfinished change log, witch isnt something we need as that will be handled on individual articles. It also isnt writen formaly at all and has a weird naratior style section instead of a formal explanation.

suggested changes would be removing the change log
re-writing the explainer section to be more formal
