Newlines missing

In some files we miss the newlines before the end of file. This leads to problems for git's automerge and diff features and it is not a good practice.

I read a little bit about this problem. I haven't had a problem with it so far, but if we do have problems I suppose there's no reason not to go with it.

Have a look at this:

In line 135 of the original file you can see that github sees two identical lines, "end", where one is removed and the other one is added. This happens everytime you expand a file without a newline at the end. Thus you have deletions, which arent really deletions. And github complains about it anyway.

If nobody has any qualms with this, I have no problem adopting this style.

I just personally don't think it's important at all. I don't see a reason to keep myself reminded that I need to have new lines at the end of files.
