Once a payment is due by a defined amount of time and the member has selected bank transfer as payment mode, there should be an automatic email reminder to the member indicating the upcoming payment due date.

Extend the existing payment handling in PaymentService to cover bank transfer as well. Ideally, include a QR code in the email for easier payment handling.
