Panorama Feature Request: Force reloading on image elements

A new attribute for Image elements to force Panorama to always read an image from disk instead of caching them. This is primarily used for Autosave/Quicksave images. Old Autosave images get cached and don't update properly when a new Autosave is made since they have the same name, just overwritten.
