Make the language config use the mini message format #8515

Suggestion
Use the mini message format for *.lang files in theese
Why?
Its confusing when i found out that when i change
prefix: <gray>[<gold>Skript<gray>] <reset>
to
prefix: <color:#ff8cde>PINK SKRIPT</color>
and finding out its not mini message
Also maybe also make it a mini message component so i can sprite atlas to the text
It would also be suitable skript is adding mini message support real soon!
