Bug: Web search does not work for GPT-5 Chat

Web search does not work for the GPT-5 Chat model. As I understand it, the model now supports it, but when I try to use it I get the following error:
An error occurred during completion: Error code: 400 - {'error': {'message': 'Web search preview tool is not supported with this model, use web_search', 'type': 'invalid_request_error', 'param': 'tools', 'code': None}}

This is a known limitation of GPT5-chat. Perhaps we should make it so the UI conditionally disables/removes/blocks web search for unsupported models, or if we already have that, add GPT5-chat.

@akj Yes, we should. :) After we switch to JSON-based dynamic loading of model specifications, this should be much easier. See the WIP in this repo.
