Sending captured image from NVDA to Basalisk never works

I always get the error "Unable to send image to BasaliskLLM, is it running?" even though it is running already.

Did this problem start happening recently for you? No problem for me.

The NVDA add-on and Basilisk LLM communicate through a port (default is 4242). If another program is already using that port, it can cause conflicts.

You can change the port in Basilisk preferences. Make sure to set the same value in NVDA under:
NVDA menu → Preferences → Settings → BasiliskLLM Connector (category).
