PDF Hyperlinks

Hey, great work on getting the annotation coordinates working!
One little problem I am facing is that all hyperrefs of pages that contain annotations are stripped in the exported file, hopefully this would be as easy as merging some hyperref layer of the original pdf into the final page.

If I remember correctly, in rmrl it worked but there was some manual copy step involved. Maybe it is within the annots, and something like https://github.com/benneti/rmrl/blob/7448630859da2f25e57b5419a11b64c96438d5b1/rmrl/render.py#L640 could work as well.
