Review: Explore whole volume deformation by exploiting newly available information (vertical fibers, large meshes)

We have explored in the past whole-volume warping but creating accurate deformation fields seemed difficult with extremely limited data. We now have whole volume predictions of fibers and segmentations that cover significant portions of entire scrolls. 

We're interested to see if these could be utilized to warp/deform entire volumes into more segmentable scrolls.
