Add a way to check if an achievement is unlocked. This is important in case we want to enable something in game depending on the achievement the steam user has unlocked. (save data and steam account may not be in sync)

Enable stuff based on achievements or display achievements in game.

A workaround in the meantime:

What I did in Angvik 2 was use save files.

So if you unlock an achievement, I record that on the player's save file, and also activate the achievement with Steam.

Then later I can check if its unlocked by seeing if there is record of it in the save file.

Yea that's an option, the main issue is that the user can delete the save file but will still have the achievements on the steam account.
