BUG: Inconsistent Button Ui and Hover state padding isn't structuring well and Go to top button isn't aligned well

What went down?

Hi there, i have some styling issues in the website, i have attached the images where you can see,

• Button text isn't aligned well
• Hovering on bg change could have padding in it , for smooth ux
• Go to top button is extremely down below, difficult to see and access it
  I am interested to solve all these issues.
