Alter external messages rendering

Problem Description

The lab messages and doctor's declaration rendering (when users want to view the DD/LM by clicking the eye icon in the Messages Directly) can be improved:

• Show remarks directly on the external message
• If national health ID is missing, show national health ID: (blank)
• Any other reqs from LU
