External message processing fails if the case comments are larger than 255 characters - External Message

Bug Description

There is a problem with ExternalMessage and Case caseComments column. A value too long error is caused when processing a DoctorDeclaration with remarks longer than 255.

Reproduction Steps

1. Use a DoctorDeclaration with a large remarks value
2. Messages are not correctly recorded and the processing is inconsistent.
   ...

Expected Behavior

Messages with large remarks should work and be processable while transferring the correct text in the case comments box

downloaded xml and the remarks match those transferred to the case, so i believe it is working

The remarks appear in the general comment. What will happen if something is already in the text field?
We should be able to see it is coming from the DD. Adding something like "Remarques_DD:" will improve that.
Also the remark is not shown in the display windows message.
