[doc issue] Link to script used in procedure is outdated

Issue description

The create-secret-file.sh script referred to in step 5 of the procedure doesn't exist anymore. Actually, the btp-manager repository doesn't exist in the kyma-project GitHub org at all anymore.

Is assume that the script has been moved to one of the files here.

The btp-manager repository is still part of kyma-project in GitHub, and the create-secret.sh file is available here: https://github.com/kyma-project/btp-manager/blob/main/hack/create-secret-file.sh.
