Description
The kick speed is very important for judging a goal event. Currently, the GC operator has to manually scroll through the history of events to check, if there is no foul for exceeding the kick speed.
It would be helpful to add the kick speed to the goal event. This way, the GC operator can immediately check the speed, if available.
The kick speed could either be added by the autoRefs already, or later by the GC. Having it from individual autoRefs would be better for the GC operator, but it has to be checked with the autoRefs, if it can be added to the goal event easily.
Note: The rules declare it a bit differently. If there is a foul within last 2 seconds before the goal (including kick speed), the goal is invalid. The GC has implemented this already and will raise an invalid goal in this case. However, this should always be double checked by the human referee / GC operator.
