Dimensionality of taskInfos conflicts with dimensionality of task score matrix #26
Description
The old CellFIE code reduced/trimmed the taskInfo to match the dimensionality of the score output so that the user could map scores to tasks. The new CellFIE only outputs the original untrimmed taskInfo which no longer corresponds to the tasks output in the score matrix.
