Description
Adds Enhancer / Promoter, Repressor, and Squelcher tracks
Besides that, I think there is quite a bit of redundancy in the tracks, which might create some confusion and also have difficulty scaling as we add more data / expand the search. I understand each source is independent in the portal, even if they represent the same candidate regulatory element. Also the same elements might show up multiple times in the same track, like in the screenshot, if significantly linked to more than one target. I think this shows the limits of the genome browser visualizations, which creates "long" views of the results if wanting to show all connections.
I'm fine with that for now, but I would prefer to include the elements in the "Tested" tracks into the "Candidate" tracks, perhaps in grey to separate them to the sig. hits. That way you can reduce the number of tracks, which should help simplifying the view.
