Generate tags that are compatible with linux/arm64

When I tried to pull 'podman pull quay.io/qubip/pq-container:f41' on a fedora instance running on a VM in a MacOS M3 pro machine,
I got
WARNING: image platform (linux/amd64) does not match the expected platform (linux/arm64)

I'm wondering if we should push the tags which also support arm64. @lsm5 Kindly check the feasibility of this in quay's Trigger options or through any other method.
