This would allow to have the Blackhawks in missions dealing with older conflicts.
Would be cool to be able to remove it through the Vehicle Appearance / Garage menu.
So it can also be changed when placed by Zeus (which is a problem with the FRIES,
afaik it can only be equipped in 3DEN but not in Zeus)
