Two days following the due date of the invoice, we will suspend services for non-payment. After an additional five days, your service will be terminated, and all files will be deleted permanently.
Pixel Services, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the subscriptions. Any subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.
Pixel Services will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the service after the subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.
Refunds are only possible in the form of service credits. The amount of credits you can receive depends on the time elapsed since your purchase:
- 1st to 3rd Day: You can receive 90% of your money back in the form of service credits.
- 4th to 7th Day: You can receive 50% of your money back in the form of service credits.
- After the 7th Day: No refunds are available.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the applicable time frame. Service credits will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases or services.
When a service is canceled or terminated due to non-payment or any other cause, Pixel-Services.com will retain the associated server data for a period of 14 days (2 weeks). During this retention period, users may request access to their data or restore their service by resolving the issue that led to the termination.
- Access Requests: Users may contact our support team within the 14-day retention period to request access to their server data.
- Service Restoration : Users may restore their service by settling any outstanding payments or resolving the issue that caused the cancellation.
After the 14-day retention period, all server data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Pixel Services is not responsible for any loss of data after this period.

Pixel-Services.com guarantees a 99.9% uptime for all services provided. This uptime guarantee excludes scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, and any downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or network outages.
If we fail to meet the uptime guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Service credits are calculated as a percentage of the monthly service fee for the affected service, as follows:
- 95% to 99% uptime: 5% service credit
- 90% to 94% uptime: 25% service credit
- 89% or below uptime: 50% service credit
To request service credits, you must contact us within 30 days of the end of the month in which the uptime guarantee was not met. Service credits will be applied to your next billing cycle.

We strive to provide timely support to all our users. Our support response times are as follows:
- Standard Support: We will respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday).
The SLA does not apply to any performance issues:
- Caused by factors outside of our reasonable control.
- That resulted from any actions or inactions of the user or any third parties.
- That resulted from the user’s equipment or third-party equipment (not within the primary control of Pixel-Services.com).
