Why this features?
This would allow easier engine development with Jetbrains Rider
Describe the feature
Have an option to generate project files for Jetbrains Rider (& Visual Studio).
Generate Visual Studio .sln file for use by Rider (& Possibly Visual Studio once we have the appropriate platform implementation)
