rbw not detected as "Password Manager Presence"

Describe the bug
doy/rbw, a command-line bitwarden client, is not detected as "Password Manager Presence".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install rbw on nixos, e.g. through home-manager's programs.rbw.enable = true;
2. run checks in paretosecurity
3. see Check failed: Password Manager Presence - No password manager found in logs

Expected behavior
The check passes.
