Folia JavaDoc links route to unpublished version

Describe the bug.

The current link for Folia JavaDoc route to https://jd.papermc.io/folia/1.21.11/ which doesn't exist. The latest version published is 1.21.6 and even that is inaccessible via https://jd.papermc.io/folia/1.21.6/. To get the latest API you need to go to https://jd.papermc.io/folia/1.21/.

Besides this, 1.20 faces the same issue AND additionally is a blank page.

1.19 versions also suffers from only allowing 1.19 and no minor versions.

Provide environment information.

This issue is also occuring for me on IOS 26.2 with Safari and Windows 11 with Edge 143.0.3650.96

Hi, the issue here its most the javadoc site rather than the website because its expected to exists a javadoc based in the fill API.
i report this to who see the javadoc platform.

idk, I feel like this is a website bug, in the past folia always had just the version family as slug, not the whole version. and I am pretty sure the website did handle that properly at some point.
idk why tho, most likely because somebody was too lazy to also have a huge list for folia, where its really not important.
but its xmas, I felt generous and I did setup 1.21.11 individually and did redirect 1.21 to 1.21.11.
