RuntimeError: Can not init Myriad device: NC_ERROR #73
Description
When I use the 4 or 6 NCS2, I face the 'RuntimeError: Can not init Myriad device: NC_ERROR'.
I think this error is related to the code 'sleep(number_of_ncs * 7)' in the file 'openvino_yolov3_MultiStick_test.py' in line 380. However I cannot understand the function of this code. I also wander whether the value 7 can be set to other value.
It's quite important for me.
