Crossbows loaded with fireworks shoot arrows if modifybowprojectile has a pickup-filter

Regardless of if the pickup-filter changes to allow picking up arrows, crossbows loaded with fireworks will shoot an arrow if a pickup-filter is present on the <modifybowprojectile/> module. Only exception I've found is when using always as the filter.
