OpenAI Text Cleanup Occasionally Pastes Secret API Key Instead of Transcription #305

Describe the bug
Sometimes, when transcribing text with an OpenAI model selected for text cleanup, the app pastes only the Secret API key instead of the transcription.
To reproduce
I cannot reliably reproduce this; it happens intermittently for unknown reasons.
Expected behavior
It should paste the cleaned, transcribed text.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- App version: 1.4.11
Additional context
The machine I tested this on has an unstable Wi-Fi internet connection, which might cause the issue.
I observed this behavior with the models gpt-5 mini and gpt-5 nano.
