Course complete page not working

The bug description
When I go to https://courses.openmined.org/courses/foundations-of-private-computation/Private Set Intersection and click on 'Resume' the page says "Sorry, it looks like there was an error!. Our development team has been notified".
Its more than 72 hours and still no fix in the bug or neither the team has responded

How to Reproduce

1. Find the course "https://courses.openmined.org/courses/foundations-of-private-computation"
2. Click on the last section Private Set Intersection and choose 'Resume' or 'Continue the Course' Tab
3. See Error as "Sorry, it looks like there was an error"

Expected Behavior
The page should lead to the contents under Private Set Intersection module
