Some users in some training recently struggled to quickly come up to speed with the Substation editor and easily find elements by type e.g. Bay or Voltage Level. Particularly if they've made the SLD in the SLD Designer and haven't yet completed the naming.
One idea would be to include the element name was shown within the editor - perhaps on hover.
