Review CSS integration and Layout with Subtain

Hey @Subtain-Faroo, we worked on that and we currently have tailwind working on v4. We kept the tailwind config as is since we wanted to keep the UI consistent. You can notice how we imported that config relevant css files.
And yeah, you can still remove it.

Also, I have reviewed the code, and I am ready to start working as soon as I receive confirmation from your side.
