I cannot reproduce your issue. I opened the project in IDEA and it was instantly able to compile the file. Maybe you need to manually force downloading dependent libraries.
As I stated in another discussion, native components for QtJambi 6.6.2 on Windows have inconsistencies. I recommend using 6.5.4 instead. And switch to 6.6 when next version is release.

To launch the program you need to add native components to your POM and add Qt library location to -Djava.library.path.
