I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

With some multi-line project variables, the Change type and Open editor options disappear from the UI.

Reproduction

1. Create a new project variable.
2. Open the variable editor to create a multi-line value (e.g., 15+ lines of JSON).
3. Save the new variable.
4. Once saved, click on the variable value and observe the Change type and Open editor options are not available.
