Proposal: Add Hindi Translation for WSTG #1315

What would you like added?
I propose adding a complete Hindi translation of the Web Security Testing Guide to make this critical resource accessible to Hindi-speaking security professionals globally.
Background:
The WSTG currently has translations for Portuguese, Russian, Persian, Turkish, and Spanish, but lacks any Indian language translations despite India's massive developer and cybersecurity community.
Proposed Addition:
- New translation branch/directory for Hindi (हिन्दी)
- Complete translation of all WSTG chapters
- Hindi glossary for technical security terminology
- Maintenance plan for ongoing updates
Why Hindi?
- 600+ million Hindi speakers worldwide
- India has the 2nd largest developer population globally
- Growing cybersecurity industry in India
- Aligns with OWASP's mission of accessible security education
- No current Indian language translations exist
Alternative Approach:
If full WSTG translation seems too ambitious initially, I'm open to starting with OWASP Top 10 Hindi translation first as a proof of concept, then proceeding to full WSTG.
Questions for Maintainers:
- Is the project open to new language translations?
- What is the approval/setup process?
- Any specific translation standards to follow?
- Preference for phased approach vs. full translation?
This initiative would significantly benefit the global security community and align with OWASP's mission of accessible security education worldwide.
