Provide a built-in "SuperBOL: build (module debug)" build task

We already have the following built-in build tasks:

• SuperBOL: build
• SuperBOL: build (debug)
• SuperBOL: build (module)

It would be nice to have a "SuperBOL: build (module debug)" build task (to build a module for debugging).

Yes why not. Actually I'd favor a different naming scheme:

• SuperBOL: build executable
• SuperBOL: build executable (debug)
• SuperBOL: build module
• SuperBOL: build module (debug)

So the first default task is not ambiguous for people already familiar with the very customary use of COBOL runtimes. Modules could actually even come first in that list…
