Does not work properly if SO created from partner form via smart button

To Reproduce

Affected versions:
V19

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open partner
2. Click on Sales smart button
3. In the list view, click new. The partner shipping policy is not picked up.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Partner shipping policy on SO.
(default_get would be more appropriate than compute)
