Are there common free / opensource SSH servers that support x509 authentication? The lack of wide adoption of x509 certificate standards is one of the reasons I haven't pursued this. |

Hi - any chance there is a little bit more flexibility added for certificate options ? Specifically x509. Comparing to other ssh clients in which you are able to specify the cert CN/PN. Also the ability to not send the cert key as an SSH raw key for devices that do support x509. It's entirely possible I couldn't get the exact settings, however could not get it to work right with this particular client.
Great job here just throwing some ideas out there as I was tinkering around with SSH Certificates
