TODO list for release v0.6.0

After #300 we have a lot of new functionality, so a release needs be in store, though myself and @maxstack should still do a few things:

• rebuild the MinIO container with the new v2 Reductionist -> @maxstack
• anon bucket implemented but not functional at Reductionist, closes Anon bucket still unreachable #291 -> @maxstack
• change from storage_type to interface_type everywhere in PyAS -> V done in Switch from storage_type to interface_type #308
• see if we can minimize memory footprint of large arrays returned by Reductionist when axis are wide (see about changing from list of octets to some other struct from deserialized cbor) -> V
• run some performance testing -> V
