problem：mpirun, rthe result was a bit of a chunk

I was running hrldas version 5.0, mpirun 100 threads, and the result was a bit of a chunk, and I wanted to ask what the problem was and what could be improved. On means the dynamic_vegetation_option is 2, off means the dynamic_vegetation_option is 4.
I ran the global data, and the results weren't very good, and a lot of the very, very big, very small values were also very lumpy.
