Server port: Auto-assign ports for database with report.

Hey team,

First off, great job with BGCflow! It is super useful!

I've noticed an issue when the original or default port is busy, and the BGCflow analysis report can be switched to a custom port. Everything works fine except for the antiSMASH data links, which don't connect properly because the file server is on a different port.

Could we update the automation to ensure the file server port is synchronized or updated when switching ports? This would really improve the workflow.

Hi @SPBorkar04, thank you for the suggestion. I guess we can build a randomize search for unused port. I will add this to the feature request.
