Some Commands Don't Work

When attempting to run some commands, the bot doesn't respond on discord and I get this message ^^^ in return.

I believed I had followed all the necessary steps and the bot will respond to command "/repost prefix !"
Saw a scenario similar to mine.

Using visual studio code.

This may be an issue with the Discord.js API version 12. I have updated the bot to v12 now, please see if this is still an issue.
