Improve compression compatibility with patchers running older versions #543

There are some ancient mutagen versions that patchers are still running out in the wild that don't handle compression well. When mixed in with newer patchers that do now compress on the way out, they are erroring
Ideally, all patchers would be updated to latest mutagen versions, as outlined here, but some cannot as they will not compile. For these, users can sidestep by placing those older patchers at the start of the group.
However, we can perhaps upgrade synthesis itself to help skirt the issue. Best idea so far is adding a DoNoCompress setting that would tell the system to decompress between patchers and instruct patchers to not compress
