Right now that's sort of a stretch goal, unfortunately. Might get done sometime, but not anytime soon. If you're really having trouble, you can try migrating off the Git Patcher style and use a Local Solution or exe patcher. They're a bit more clunky to use, but would give you more control over offline usage.
