Hover over a file selection in "Committed Files" shows incorrect path

In version v2.0.0 (release as well as 2026-01-07 Dev) when you select a commit and then highlight a file in the Committed Files panel, the hover-over path that is displayed for the files is /run/flatpak/doc instead of being the correct path for the file like it was in v1.4.0
