Not picking up input files

Hi Matthias,

I seem to have successfully installed multiqc_sav, as the list of plugins after installation includes SAV, but when I run

multiqc -m SAV .

in folders containing

InterOp/
RunInfo.xml
RunParameters.xml

I get

         searching | ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 100% 12/12

Further check: the Illumina Sequencing Analysis Viewer recognises the files, so that rules out issues with the input files...

I am observing exactly the same behaviour, even on the test data.

This module does not seem to be updated anymore. It's a shame, it seemed promising.

Hi folks,

I just had a stab at updating the module in #11 - it's working now for me with the test data. I'm chatting to @matthdsm now about getting a release out, but you should be able to install from GitHub and test right away if you'd like!

Released in v0.2.0. I'm closing this issue now optimistically, in the hope that all issues are fixed. If you're still hitting problems with the new release, please create a new issue. Please make sure to upload some example data, so that we can replicate the error ourselves.
