Batch "Reload file" prompts #223
Description
When modifying files outside of the IDE, it helpfully prompts for updating the files. However, when doing batch-updates of files (especially, lots of instance files), this can become quite tedious. It would be better if there was a "Yes to all" or similar with an indication of the number of files that have been updated.
